Olympic Distance Tri. Course includes a two-loop 1.5k swim in Lake Skiatook. (Wetsuits allowed). The race continues with a 40k bike ride that is moderately hilly and can be considered challenging. The Tulsa Tri concludes with a 10k out-and-back run.

Sunday June 4, 2006 San Diego CA
Begins in Balboa Park, runs through Hillcrest and skirts the San Diego Zoo. They took an expanded tour of downtown featuring Petco Park, the historic Gaslamp Quarter, and the San Diego Harbor. Following the downtown excursion, these ladies traveled up beautiful Highway 163, and raced by the bayside communities, Sea World and ended at the Marine Corps Depot in Point Loma.

This race had a new location this year. It started on the 21st street bridge and circled around Veterans Park and looped around and ended near the River West Amphitheater. It was hot again high humidity and no breeze.

Great race that is held at Veterans Park in Tulsa. The run starts at 8:30pm and strart on Riverside near the park, goes South on Riverside (all the race is on the street) then back to the park. It was hot and muggy with little wind.
